Hello, I'm Allison. I'm Brazilian, 29 years old, from Rio de Janeiro, and since I was a child, I've always been passionate about cooking. This passion was mainly influenced by my mother, who used to make cakes and homemade food to sell in the community where we lived. At the age of 15, I began my career in a restaurant in Rio de Janeiro, starting as a sushi chef, and since then, I haven't stopped. At the age of 21, I had the incredible opportunity to go to Europe and expand my culinary knowledge. I visited countries like Portugal, Switzerland and Italy, absorbing valuable experiences in each place. Today, I have the honor of heading a haute cuisine restaurant in Italy, and I can say that I don't intend to stop there. I firmly believe that enjoying work makes the work better, and I look forward to continuing to explore and improve my culinary skills.
